PrivateVPN Affiliate Program Terms of Agreement

Welcome to the PrivateVPN Affiliate Program! By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility:
1.1 To be eligible for the PrivateVPN Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a website, blog, social media platform, or other means to promote PrivateVPN.
1.2 PrivateVPN reserves the right to refuse or terminate any affiliate application without providing any reason or explanation.

Affiliate Responsibilities:
2.1 You agree to promote PrivateVPN in a manner that reflects positively on our brand and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2.2 You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when completing the affiliate application, including your contact information, payment details, and website or promotional platform details.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining and updating your promotional content, ensuring that it is accurate, lawful, and up to date.
2.4 You may only promote PrivateVPN using the marketing materials and tracking links provided by PrivateVPN. You may not modify or alter these materials without explicit permission from PrivateVPN.

Promotion and Marketing:
3.1 You are permitted to use approved PrivateVPN logos, banners, text links, and other promotional materials provided by PrivateVPN solely for the purpose of promoting our services.
3.2 You may not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to:
a) Sending unsolicited email or spam.
b) Using misleading advertising methods, such as false promises, exaggerated claims, or unauthorized use of trademarks or copyrights.
c) Engaging in any form of adware, malware, or spyware distribution.
d) Promoting PrivateVPN on websites or platforms that contain illegal, defamatory, or objectionable content.
e) Placing affiliate links in inappropriate locations, such as on websites or platforms that infringe on intellectual property rights.
f) Using any form of incentivized or misleading methods to drive traffic or referrals.
g) Engaging in any illegal activities or encouraging others to do so.
h) Bidding on the brand PrivateVPN is prohibited in search engine marketing.

Commissions and Payments:
4.1 As an affiliate, you will receive a commission for each qualified referral you send to PrivateVPN.
4.2 Commissions are payable on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold set by PrivateVPN.
4.3 You are responsible for providing accurate payment details to receive your commissions. PrivateVPN will not be liable for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect payment information.
4.4 Commission payments will be made via the payment method specified by PrivateVPN. Any associated fees or charges will be deducted from the commission amount.
4.5 PrivateVPN reserves the right to adjust commission rates and payment terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through the affiliate portal.

Termination:
5.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party.
5.2 Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotion of PrivateVPN and remove all affiliate links and materials from your website or promotional platforms.
5.3 PrivateVPN reserves the right to withhold commissions if it is determined that you have breached any of the terms outlined in this agreement.

Confidentiality:
6.1 Throughout the course of the affiliate program, you may have access to certain confidential information belonging to PrivateVPN. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from PrivateVPN.

Modifications:
7.1 PrivateVPN reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or through notification to you.
7.2 Continued participation in the PrivateVPN Affiliate Program after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

By joining the PrivateVPN Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not join the program or promote PrivateVPN.
